Sneak Peak
Although our group met for the first time to begin discussing Dug Down Deep this past Tuesday afternoon, I wanted to give a sneak peak of the next book we will be going through. Be encouraged parents! These students are reading with an eye to learn for application and not just information. If your son or daughter is a part of On the Journey, encourage them. You might even consider picking up the book or checking it out of the library. In fact, I believe the most important piece of their journey is with you, their primary faith influencer.

Finishing touches
Well it’s Friday evening at 4:30 or so and we are closing in on completing our project. New roof, new decks on front and back of house, and all the vinyl washed down. The kids did good in this project. Today consisted of hot sun, afternoon rain, and now cloudy and comfortable (finally).

Final Day of Work
It’s Friday! The students and leaders have done a great job this week. Our hosts have been wonderful. We continue to covet your prayers as we finish up our projects today.

feels like 110+
It is a hot one. We have been so blessed by all the water that was donated by our family of Vann. We are over half way done and thankful for opportunity.
